Phillip has a professional background centered on international educational events and coordinating student services through collaborations with registered international student organizations, which brings a wealth of experience to his role. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international and comparative political science and is nearing the completion of a master’s degree in comparative political science from Western Michigan University. Phillip understands the challenges international students face and admires their dedication to achieving their goals. Originally from the east side of Michigan, he now lives in Kalamazoo with his wife, three kids, and two dogs. In their free time, Phillip and his family enjoy boating, fishing, youth sports, and trips to northern Michigan.
