Autumn is a workforce development professional dedicated to expanding access to opportunity for individuals and families across diverse communities. As the Workforce Development Coordinator with Global Detroit, she supports the Southeast Michigan Immigrant and Refugee Collaborative, strengthening partnerships between employers, community organizations, and education systems to advance inclusive workforce pathways and outcomes for refugee seekers. She brings experience across education, workforce development, and human services.

Prior to joining Global Detroit, she served as a Career and Education Navigator with Oakland 80, connecting students to postsecondary and career opportunities through partnerships, programming, and individualized support. Her work with Oakland Literacy Council centers on adult learners, many of whom are immigrants and non-native English speakers, where she designs and facilitates career exploration and workforce readiness programming focused on accessibility and long-term stability. Across all of her work, Autumn is committed to building relationships, centering lived experiences, and creating systems that are responsive to the communities they serve. She graduated from Marygrove College with a degree in Radiologic Sciences and holds several certifications in workforce development, college and career advising, FAFSA support, and family engagement. In her free time, Autumn enjoys being a basketball and soccer mom and being present for the moments that matter most.
